Automated Report Generator

Challenge: A forward-looking Scottish Council approached GoLLM to automate the drafting of survey reports that they currently create manually. Such surveys are conducted regularly to collect resident/community feedback and internally for staff/workforce engagement. The current approach of drawing up such reports takes a significant amount of time and resources and are subject to variability.

Solution: To solve this, GoLLM is currently developing an AI-driven solution to produce a full analysis that includes both the quantitative elements (tables and visualisations, etc.) as well as qualitative narratives explaining the findings. Moreover our tool supports preparatory data cleaning and can work collaboratively with the analyst user to collaboratively refine the analysis per custom requirements.

Benefit: This effort stands to massively reduce manual effort involved in this type of survey response analysis, and also embed consistency in the best-practice performance of the results analysis and summarisation.
